Choice of appetizers, all with Crostini:

  • Smoked Trout Rilettes, Lightly smoked trout simmered in butter, Chardonnay and fresh herbs.
  • Eggplant Caponata, Italian vegetarian relish.
  • Chicken Liver & Slivered Fig Pate
  • Fruit and Cheese Plate, Lightly flavored fig goat cheese spread with crostini and fruit.

Choice of Main Course:

  • Organic Turkey Saltimbocca alla Romana with Mushroom Risotto Cakes and Sage Pesto, Organic turkey breast rolled with prosciutto and sage.
  • Grilled Shrimp with Basil Pesto and Saffron Risotto Cakes, Shrimp marinated in a Chardonnay and olive oil.

Choice of Dessert:

  • Chocolate Walnut Squares, Dense dark chocolate and walnut squares dusted with powdered sugar.

At The Picnic Guild, we strive to use ingredients that are fresh and seasonal. For this reason, our menus change regularly. Also, please note that all picnics come with biodegradable plates, napkins and utensils.

1-10 People - Three days in advance

10+ - 1 week in advance

Orders will be dropped off at pick up location by 12pm, unless otherwise noted in order comments. Our prices include delivery to the Guild Member winery of your choice.
