Byington Vineyard and Winery

Byington Vineyard & Winery is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains at a 2000-foot elevation. The winery overlooks an estate Pinot Noir vineyard with sweeping views of the Monterey Bay and provides the perfect setting for sipping wine or celebrating special occasions. Founded in 1987 by wine collector and business entrepreneur Bill Byington, the winery houses a wine production facility, tasting room and private reception rooms. Visitors are welcome Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Tours for the winery for 10 or more can be arranged by appointment. The winery is bordered by a wide lawn and garden, and cloth-covered picnic tables with umbrellas make it a natural spot for picnicking.
