• Smoked Trout Rilettes, Lightly smoked trout simmered in butter, Chardonnay and fresh herbs.
• Eggplant Caponata, Italian vegetarian relish.
• Chicken Liver & Slivered Fig Pate.
• Fruit and Cheese Plate, Lightly flavored fig goat cheese spread with crostini and fruit.

Pissaladiére, Puffed pastry triangles topped with thin-sliced tomatoes, onions and basil.

Venetian Chicken Salad, Chicken breast tossed with golden raisins poached in orange juice and pine nuts.

Choice of Dessert:

• Chocolate Walnut Squares, Dense dark chocolate and walnut squares dusted with powdered sugar.
• Almond Monet Cakes, Ground Almonds mixed with cherry Krisch and topped with powdered sugar.

2-10 people - Three days in advance

10+ - 1 week in advance

Orders will be dropped off at pick up location by 12pm, unless otherwise noted in order comments.
